Shipping Policy

FunLeap ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies. Most of the products will be delivered by a collaboration with Ship Rocket.

You can reach us at any time, between Monday-Saturday, 11am-7pm in case of any queries.

You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We deliver to most parts of India within 2-5 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches on time, FunLeap cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

For Orders below INR 199/-, A flat Rs.70 charges will be applicable for Delivery.

PAYMENT

Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallet, UPI and Net banking.

COD is also available for selected products sold across the website.

Refund Policy

Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kid’s products, FunLeap has a strict No Refunds policy across the website, but an option for replace/exchange is available only if the reason is genuine.

This also means that all the products you receive are –  

Original, Unopened and of High quality.

This is an unparalleled commitment in an eCommerce driven by returns and exchanges.

If there is any genuine case for exchanges of a product, please contact us on support@FunLeaptoys.com. in within 3 days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on support@FunLeaptoys.com within 24 Hours along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.

Note:For all damaged/missing part or wrong product delivery inquiries, submission of an unboxing video is required. The unboxing video should clearly depict the condition of the product upon receipt, aiding in efficient processing of your request.
